“Traditional” Bircher Muesli with Winter Fruits

Delicious cold oatmeal made in the Swiss tradition.


  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 organic apple (cored and chopped)
  • 2 cups Graindrops Original
  • 1 banana (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup raisins, goji berries or other winter season fruits
  • 1 tablespoon raw walnuts (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon raw almonds (chopped)


Step 1
Mix all ingredients.
Step 2
Chill in refrigerator for at least one hour. Can also prepare the night before.
